  1. Dear Fr. Richard,
Would you have any interest into coming to San Luis Obispo, California? You see we are half way between San Francisco and LA and it is a 4 hour journey to see you at the major cities. I would be happy to arrange any visits you might want to make here. National Geographic says we are the happiest city in America. Come find out why.

  2. Ron, I have forwarded your request for assistance with the Assisi event to our events team! They will be in touch with you shortly! Peace, Cece

  3. Dear brother Richard,
I serve as chaplain in a maximum security institution in which a disporportionate number of inmates are aboriginal. What is your view of aboriginal spirituality? So much of it is similar in spirit that of Father Francis; yet it is so maligned – especially by evangelicals. Have your written or spoken on these matters? Perhaps the USA is different in this area than Canada (I’m from Manitoba).

  4. Fr. Richard,
You are my modern-day mystic. I’m happy to have yet another venue for your teaching! Have read many of your books, listened to your talks, enjoy your daily meditation, and are challenged by you over and over to wake up! Thank you!

I look forward to reading your blogs! Blessings!

  5. Fr. Richard,

I “met” you through a church bulletin insert way back when you first came out with the cassette, “Breathing Under Water.” Your words always resonate within me and make me reflect and reach out for God. I have many of your books and CDs. Love the blog…..Thank you so much.

  6. Hello Father Rohr, I have started a Men’s group with a younger man in our parish. We have two challenges (1) the younger men are too busy to meet and (2) the older men are afraid to meet because they might have to allow their feelings become exposed.
Our pastor is supportive and we have tried several techniques to invite men, however, we are only drawing five or six per meetings. I believe there are ideas you could share with us and other on this problem. PLEASE HELP !!!!!!!!!

  7. Fr. Richard, have you read “One With Jesus”/ by Paul de Jaegher, S.J.? I am finding it a real affirmation of the transformation my faith has been undergoing in the past few years..the idea that God is within me and not “out there” somewhere. It helps me be with the men and women I work with as a chaplain in a mental health forensics treatment unit and a secure treatment unit for offenders who have mental health issues. That is about all I can do for them, is to be with them, because most of them will not have their lives healed in this dimension of reality. Thanks for your good works, especially the cosmic christ CDs…

  8. Dear Richard, As you know the Sisters have taken a hit from the Vatican as of late. What can you and others of like mind & in a position of authority ( Cynthia Bourgeault, Fr. Keating etc.) do to speak out and support these women of faith and brave heartedness? Very Concerned,

  9. I hope someday to read that Richard is visiting Washington state to hang out with a former student from roger bacon hs

  10. Hello Richard, years ago i saw you in Bend, OR, and was so inspired by your teaching of a radical love and falling in love each day with someone, something in this world. I did leave the
Catholic Church a few years later due to the poisonous atmosphere of judgment and no regard
for women’s voice. The last few years, i have been attending the Friends’ Church where equality,
simplicity, acceptance are honored. I am thinking that your passion could bring even more
vitality and brave thinking to our group. Do you only speak with Catholic groups? Would you
consider a visit to our town, here in this somewhat isolated community of Klamath Falls, OR?
Our minister, Faith, admires your teaching as well. Thanks for considering this.
